1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
4. Cancellation by Urban Vastra
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch
- Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD services
